Clean and in excellent repair, the room was very pleasant and everything worked well. The downside is that the location isn’t close to any convenience stores or restaurants; it’s just a short drive away, which is understandable for a small town.

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable, so we slept well. The motel‑style accommodation was nicely updated and easy to reach, and the woman at check‑in was friendly and welcoming. The town of Wells feels depressing with many boarded‑up, decaying buildings, and there weren’t many dinner options, though there is a Dunkin’ Donut for breakfast.

The room was large, roomy, and had a great homey feel; it was patriotic, warm, and inviting—always my first choice to stay. Parking is tight but manageable.

The price was low, but the bathtub plumbing was backing up and the train noise kept me awake all night. The parking lot had dog droppings, so I had to watch my step.

The room was very comfortable and cozy. The only downside was the lack of a traditional ice machine, though they did provide bagged ice.
