The staff were very welcoming and helpful, always smiling and listening. The only issue was the noise from the room next to ours in the evenings and mornings. Apparently the room was being renovated, but they didn’t stop the work while nearby guests were sleeping. The air‑conditioning made the room warm, and the housekeeper knocked on our door in the morning even though we didn’t want to be disturbed.

Overall, the place was clean, but the rug was old with many stains and clearly needed replacement. The mattress was too soft for me—felt like a waterbed—so I didn’t sleep well during my three‑night stay.

Отель отлично расположен , шикарное озеро , парк , вид из окна просто сказка. Пора провести косметический ремонт , ожидала наличия духовки или варочной поверхности , к сожалению в нашем номере этого не было пришлось просить микроволновку ( все дали в течении 5 минут ) Если бы в букинге заявили о наличии акции у этого отеля для тех кто снимает номер на 31 день я бы сэкономила 1000 $
