The staff’s behaviour was pretty good, which is the only thing that can be justified about the hotel. The rooms do not look like the photos provided; they resemble an old abandoned hotel. I suggest they keep the rooms looking like the photos they show.

The room’s atmosphere was awful: the desk was broken, the wall had peeling paint, the plug socket popped out, the bed head clamp was broken, and many other issues; I requested a towel on the check‑in day and didn’t receive it until after checkout.

I stayed here and was deeply disappointed. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and worn, the cupboard was broken, and the bathroom was in a pathetic state. When I told the receptionist about the dirty sheets, they argued instead of fixing it. I have photos that prove the room’s condition. The hotel forbids outside food but also doesn’t provide any, so guests must bring their own or use delivery services, and even basic items like tea are missing. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, with dust and dirt in the corners. Overall, it was a subpar experience that I would not recommend.
