The breakfast was terrific; the eating area was nice and large; the serving area around the main courses was a bit cramped

The spot was convenient and the staff were super friendly, making check‑in a breeze and checking out with a warm “how was your stay?” We did notice the room wasn’t very clean—water stains on the sink and shower head, something odd on the bathroom back door, and mold in the AC unit. The lack of cleanliness was a real let‑down.

“Not Luxurious But Comfortable With Reasonable Cost”
The desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is comparable to higher‑end hotels with scrambled eggs, waffle machine, juices, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The cost of a room is very reasonable and we will stay here again. We can easily walk to Old Chicago, have a meal, and tip a few. The room we stayed in was comfortable. The bathroom was somewhat dated and the exhaust fan wasn't working. The bathtub made it a little difficult for me to exit but my being 77 was a factor.
