Everything was top‑notch, no complaints at all. The service, the room, the location – all great. I left feeling satisfied. No issues whatsoever.

The mattresses were a real disappointment. I couldn't sleep well, and it made the stay uncomfortable. Other things were fine, but the bed was the main problem.
