“Duas estrelas”
The front desk service was very good; we were welcomed and taken care of. The room itself was clean and tidy, which was a definite plus. What really fell short was the breakfast. Given what we paid, I expected simple but higher quality options and more variety, like fresh orange juice and pão de queijo. The breads and cakes on offer also didn’t seem very fresh or appealing. Another issue was the parking: two poorly parked motorcycles blocked our car from entering the garage, forcing us to leave it on the sidewalk. In the room, the bed placement was off, positioned away from the air‑conditioner, which seriously hampered airflow and comfort at night.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but I suggest stronger pest control because there were cockroaches in the hallway between rooms.
We liked everything! The only downside was that there was no trash bin in the room, only in the bathroom.
