The new, clean property is quiet, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s near Pachino, Marzamemi, and convenient as a base for reaching the Vendicari reserve. The location is outside Pachino, so you’ll need a private vehicle for any travel, even though it’s reachable by car in a few minutes. The exterior view isn’t great.

The owners are very welcoming and helpful, providing useful local information. I recommend breakfast and dinner at the property. Breakfast includes excellent homemade cakes. Nothing to complain about; everything was great.

The room is nice and fairly spacious with good linens. The bathroom isn’t particularly large but is clean and well-equipped.

The location is just outside Marzamemi and just before Pachino, at the start of a rural area. Surrounded by peace and quiet, it looks very nice and is suitable for a short stay. The friendly, welcoming staff met every request. I think the price is a bit high for the standard of the property. I don’t want this to come across as criticism because I still enjoyed the stay and experience. I can definitely compliment the convenience of the walk-in closet and the presence of hangers.
