The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, but the rooms had bad odors: the first smelled like cigarettes, the second was musty and unpleasant, and the food was not good.

The location was great, the room was very clean, and breakfast offered a lot of options—all of which tasted excellent; I especially enjoyed the freshly ground coffee and the French vanilla creamer. The only downside was that the fitness center could have been a bit bigger.

Everything was superb, and I’ll definitely book a Holiday Inn Express again if they remain this good.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, the breakfast and coffee were excellent, and the tea bar was great, but the highway noise was a problem.

The location was convenient, breakfast was great, and the pool room was huge; however, the room wasn’t cleaned properly when I first arrived and the staff was defensive when I asked for it to be fixed, though everything was fine afterward.
