The front desk was always on hand and helpful, but the room I stayed in felt far too basic and minimal.

The place is super well located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, with a bus station that has many lines covering the whole city. Ahmad, the guy who checked us in and stayed in touch the whole time, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained how everything worked and gave us the best tips for getting around the city, and if we had any emergency or needed anything he told us to call him. The accommodation doesn’t include breakfast, but every day Ahmad brings freshly made croissants in a variety and coffee as a courtesy at no cost. Everything is super clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom has soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Excellent service! I would definitely come back and recommend it! I can’t find any faults… maybe just that there’s no curtain in the room, no thick blinds.
