“The price is absolutely competitive”

The location is perfect near the white beach, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there’s no noise at night (unlike many places in Boracay where you can’t sleep because of the chickens all night). The mosquitoes on the balcony are terrible; you absolutely need lotion; the main toiletries like shower soap, shampoo, and water were missing when we arrived, and usually they’re available for the first night. The electricity often goes out, but it seems to be a general area issue, not a problem with the guesthouse.

“Flooded. Book at your own risk.”

It was cheap and close to the beach, but you have to deal with flooding during rain. When I entered the room, I was exhausted from my flight and fell asleep, only to wake up to the sound of rain and find my luggage floating because of the flood. Opening the bathroom door revealed a flooded, stinky space. I will never book this place again; it felt like a life‑risk. I didn't take any photos because I panicked, rushing to move my stuff higher and look for another accommodation. I didn't receive a refund for the rest of my stay. The owner told me to contact customer support, but after almost two weeks, there's still no response.

Very convenient and easy access to everything. Clean and comfortable. All is good!

The location is a minute’s walk from the beach, the bed was comfortable and the air‑con worked well. The room and bathroom were a bit dirty and we caught a few cockroaches, but it’s on the cheaper side and did the job for us.
