“Tutto perfetto”
The “historic dwelling” style, the cleanliness and courtesy (via message) from the owner, and a simple self‑check‑in with an explanatory video.
The place is right in the heart of the city. I could arrive and leave on my own, leaving the keys in a safe box whose number was given by the owner. The furnishings were thoughtfully detailed. Breakfast included coffee, yogurt, and welcome amaretti. The smell of a closed, old house and the scented candles that were turned on before our arrival needed to be removed. The entrance to the building on the street could use more tidiness and cleaning. Replace the blackout curtains with more substantial, stylish ones. Swap out some of the very old books.
The building feels ancient and has an old‑house odor. The value for money is terrible.

The room was huge, well equipped, spotless, and the beds were comfortable. We really liked the style of the room, especially the night‑stand lamps that lit up the ceiling. The only downside was that we had to sleep with earplugs because we could hear everything from the street through the windows, and unfortunately the room couldn’t be darkened.
