The location is right above a metro stop. The elevator is very old, but it didn’t give us any trouble.

I stayed four days in a single room. The location is very convenient, close to the MM Libia stop (the entrance is literally the first gate, coming up from the metro stairs), in a quiet, low‑traffic neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception. The room was spacious, very clean, with new furniture that is functional and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, served in a partner bar right in front of the property. The price is competitive, I would gladly recommend it.
