Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Everything was perfect: the room was spacious, very clean, well equipped, the bathroom immaculate, the common areas thoughtfully designed for comfort, and everything needed was there—I highly recommend it.

The location is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of buses and two metro lines nearby; just cross the street and you’re in Jonggo proper, so walking usually works. The toilet lacks a bidet, and the shower splashes the whole bathroom, forcing you to use the toilet without socks. It’s quite pricey for what you get, definitely not luxurious. The “within another hotel” arrangement feels odd and confusing, and the Wi‑Fi isn’t secure and doesn’t work properly in all rooms.

Everything was spot‑on: the location was unbeatable, the rooms were immaculate, the facilities flawless and the staff genuinely friendly. There was nothing to complain about.

Staying at Hotel Koreana put me within easy reach of the palace district, and the airport limousine stopped right there, making it a convenient base for exploring Korea. The only drawback was a cramped bathroom sink, but everything else was fine.
