The location is ideal for cycling, and the garden is well maintained and lovely. The breakfast room feels a bit cool and not very cozy, and the breakfast itself was very sparse and impersonal. We also found the rule that guests must clear their own dishes to be inappropriate for the room price.

The hotel sits in an excellent location, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well‑equipped with very good amenities. Unfortunately, none of the staff spoke English or German, making communication tough. The bathroom sink was clogged, creating an unpleasant situation that should have been fixed before guests arrived. Breakfast was quite limited, with little variety, and could definitely be improved.

Very nice location, everything spot‑on clean. The shower holder has evidently been broken for a long time, the shower hose is moldy (black), and the advertised extras are missing or inaccessible (table tennis, whirlpool, Segway, sauna). A very friendly Ukrainian couple and a Prague holiday‑jobber didn’t know each other and the couple didn’t speak English. The lady at the front desk also struggled with English and didn’t understand the “table tennis” topic!

The price offered great value and the location with lake access was fantastic, but we were limited to just one nearby restaurant within walking distance; the food was good, though we ate there every night.
