We were really looking forward to our stay, but things started off on the wrong foot. The hotel told us to park our car outside, despite the booking clearly stating that parking was included. To make matters worse, the rooms had a terrible smell from the air conditioning, stained bed sheets, and a bathroom with a piece of paper on the floor. The self-service aspect of the hotel meant we had no one to turn to for help.

We had a cozy and clean room, and the staff were really helpful and cooperative. The self-check-in and check-out system was convenient too. However, there were a few issues - the water supply was a bit hit-or-miss, the shower needed fixing, and the curtain only covered half the window. We also had to do without a water boiler, and there was no elevator, which was a bit of a challenge.
