The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home.
The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

“Very happy with this stay! Will be back(:”
The property is beautiful and well maintained.
“Exceptional stay in old San Juan easy to access great restaurants”
The property was clean, the staff were very friendly, and it’s within walking distance of many good restaurants. There’s plenty of sightseeing nearby, and the hotel has nice restaurants, rooftops, and easy access to its amenities. The only downside was the elevators, which are small—only four people at a time—and they’re slow to arrive. Also the phone in the room didn’t work, though I’m not sure if I used it correctly. Other than that, it was great.
“Hotel, bonito y bien ubicado”
I stayed in a small, cozy place that was nicely situated, but the rooms we were given were far too tiny. None of them had windows—just tiny slits glued to the ceiling that offered no ventilation. The other room we booked had absolutely no windows at all; the only glass was internal to the building and couldn’t be opened.
“We would stay again based on location and bed!”
Super clean! The bed and bedding are 100000% the best I’ve ever slept in. Spacious room and bathroom. Restaurant and bar on site. Reservation desk was friendly, also great location. Not all staff were attentive. Restaurant staff were not horrible but not great. Left the impression that they didn’t want to be at work. Kind of weird
The location is fine. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant where you can take breakfast, which is included, and the staff were never clear about how that worked. We spent an hour between the rooftop and the café figuring out where and how to have breakfast. The rooftop only offers brunch on weekends starting at 11 am, which limits when you can eat. The first‑floor café doesn’t provide breakfast options—only bread and coffee.
