They had a pool, yet the staff were rude. My wife couldn’t check in a day early because she didn’t have a credit card in her name, and we had to pay a $100 deposit even though the room was already paid for. The next day we were told there would be no refund.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in Regina so far, but it’s in a very unsafe area. Whenever I took my dog outside, I was constantly harassed by homeless people, and I think the staff could have monitored guests better.
