There were plenty of towels, but the lack of soundproofing was brutal—felt like sleeping under a bridge beside the freeway. We tried to sleep for about 3 hours, but the noise was relentless. When I mentioned it to staff, they said nothing could be done and denied a refund, which feels unfair since not all hotels near a freeway have that level of noise. Very disappointing.
