The hotel offered two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, but the room wasn’t properly set up or maintained before check‑in, we had to pay for parking, and a room deposit was required after already paying for our stay; the breakfast was mediocre and the hot tub malfunctioned.

The location is nice, the area is quiet, the facility is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking pans; the staff were friendly, and I’ve already booked again for January.

I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, though the location was good; I also disliked that my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait 2 hrs to check in, and the breakfast was nasty.

I appreciated that breakfast was available and liked the room layout, but there was no trashcan in the main area or rooms; when I asked the office for extra towels one day they said none were available; a roach appeared in the bathroom and on the bed, ants bit my son who is allergic, and we had to walk past animal feces on the stair each time we went to the tour room.

The steps to the room had a strong dog odor, and the sidewalks smelled the same. No trash can was available in the lobby, so we bought bags from a nearby store. My son was bitten by an ant while sleeping—he’s allergic to ant bites, which caused swelling and a trip to the hospital. The first night I woke to find a roach in the bathroom, and later a roach was on my bag when I returned to pack. I almost didn’t complain because hotels can be hit‑or‑miss, but these issues were unprecedented for me. We stayed a few days, and when we asked for towels the front desk said to come back later because they were out. A room that accommodates six people should have at least six towels.
