I stayed in a two‑room apartment that had a terrace overlooking the lake, and the complex itself felt friendly and well‑maintained. Both the pool and the mountain bikes were mostly available, although a few delays popped up around 22:00. The kitchen had already closed, yet the host still managed to cook two fresh pizzas for us. The Wi‑Fi was occasionally shaky but generally worked fine.

This apartment is worth recommending, especially if you plan to explore Umbria and Tuscany—everything is close by. The on‑site restaurant is excellent and the breakfasts are tasty. The staff is pleasant. No further comments.

The lake views were lovely and the rooms were very clean in a restored old building. The pool was fantastic, one of the nicest shapes and sizes we've seen so far. The restaurant is downstairs, so you don't have to leave the site if you don't want to. The only minor issue was the very basic breakfast, although you can cook your own if you have a kitchen. The TV was very small!

The scenery was beautiful and the nature was lovely. The distance to everything else was long.
