The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is free tea and coffee at the entrance. The room is spacious. The outside noise can be heard.

We were greeted extremely warmly and given useful tips on where to find good Asian food, plus a complimentary Prosecco at check‑in; a coffee machine and free water were also available. The surrounding area felt uninviting because of ongoing construction, and the walk from the train station to the hotel was unpleasant, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The location is good, the bed and room are comfortable. The reception is not open 24/7.
