The location in Jakarta is central, with several shopping malls within walking distance, and the breakfast was very extensive with many options; the staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom had a slight musty smell, and I missed a small fridge and a large mirror in the room.

The lobby was great, but the room on the 6th floor, number 601, was noisy from street traffic, especially motorcycles.

We loved the breakfast—no more buffet style, but everything was freshly prepared. The cleanliness and location were superb overall. The only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, and the taxi service always missed this location.

The rooftop restaurant and bar offered a fantastic view, the lobby and decor were nice, the food was good, and the location was central. The room itself was too small and claustrophobic with no air circulation and a bit humid; staff support was minimal and they didn’t speak good English.
