The hotel offers plenty of pools, a variety of tasty all‑day dining options, and a café that was a delightful luxury—don’t miss it. However, the hotel employees were terrible; the hostesses at the front desk never showed any friendliness, and for our family of 17 they insisted we had to be 12–15 people to get a table, so we always ended up split up. Staff at all the bars also served us poorly at any time of day.

The location by the beach is great, but some waiters at the restaurants were rude and on one day we almost ran out of dinner because no restaurant had a seat.

The room with a jacuzzi is a highlight, yet there were no family-friendly night shows, the daytime activities were limited, and I saw an insect (Juan) on the grill where they cook eggs to order.
