The location in the market was convenient and the hotel was clean. The reception staff behaved in an inappropriate manner, refused to negotiate, and doubled our bill as soon as we arrived. We had to leave at dawn to find nearby hotels after a long discussion and audit. The front desk employee was unusually harsh during the booking of breakfast and non‑breakfast options and gave us no room for discussion.

The restaurant team was wonderful and the food was good, and the air conditioning in the rooms worked well; the rooms were decently clean, but the front office had no sense of hospitality, especially when I arrived at 9 pm as I had updated on my reservation, and the ceilings in the rooms were covered in mould, the towels could have been replaced, and the reception and taxi drop‑off are behind the building, making it difficult for an Uber to reach the pickup point when you have bags.
