“Disappointing Experience – Poor Value and Security Issues”
The spot was spot‑on, with great views from the room and parking right beside it, and the room was spotless when we got there. But the price didn’t match what we got: the room was cramped, and once we cranked up the heat, bugs started popping up in the bathroom. Soundproofing was almost non‑existent, so we could hear the upstairs drama all night and into the morning. The outdoor area was just as bad—the seating was rusted and the concrete patio had broken, patchy, faded paint. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the Wi‑Fi was spotty inside the room, even though it was advertised as “high‑speed.” The worst part was a security breach that exposed my booking details through their system; I had to block my credit card and get a new one, which was a huge hassle. I can’t recommend staying here until the management fixes both the physical upkeep and the data security.
