The hotel’s location is wonderful, very central and close to everything. The room is a bit small and I would have liked a view. Reception staff were amazing, but I wasn’t a fan of the branch staff. The room’s location wasn’t ideal and the branch staff are a bit pushy and not very friendly.

The room was clean and the location is great. The only downside was that there was no desk.

The location is amazing—close to the Empire State Building, Central Park, Times Square, theatres, and the metro. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and a great atmosphere. The room was very quiet even though it’s in the middle of a busy city. Small niggles… we asked for a few things (the safe needed a new battery, some mugs and a kettle, milk) but they were initially forgotten. One of the shampoos in the room didn’t dispense… small annoyances, but they pulled the score below a perfect 10/10.

I love the location and the branch terrace is always a great spot for breakfast and a cocktail. The elevators can be slow.
