“Hard to get to but once you're here it's amazing.”
We liked everything about the place. The location was super pretty and quiet. It's a basically a retreat in the mountains. No Wi-Fi or signal so bring cash to pay. The food was very nice. The rooms are heated even the bathroom. We liked that you're able to explore around the area outside. The decor was very nice in the houses. There were animals all over the place with Alpacas wondering around. The view of the volcano from our window was amazing. It is not easy to get here if you're visiting for the first time or are a tourist. Finding a uber or taxi for a reasonable price was very difficult. Most taxis were overcharging or didn't know where the hotel was. We finally found an uber after 30 minutes but were basically forced to pay more due to no one accepting. We think the best option is to take a bus and tell them to stop once you spot the landmark or else the bus will drive right past it. Same thing for going back to the main city you need to hitch a bus because there is no service or Wi-Fi for uber
