The hospitality and comfort made me feel at home, but the warm welcome and cleanliness of the place left something to be desired.

The hotel is close to the conference venue and offers good value, but the bathroom privacy was lacking and the blankets and sheets were not clean; we had to request a bedding change when we arrived.

The room had enough space for my family to sleep comfortably, yet only one shower was available and it took forever to use; the white couch in the room was unnecessary and dirty, and the air freshener was too strong, causing sinus irritation.
