The place was clean, the staff were great, and breakfast was good, but parking was tight on just one night.

The location was great, breakfast options were solid, and the staff were friendly, but the room had an odor, the bed was mediocre, there was a light reddish‑brown splatter—possibly blood—behind the hand towels to the left of the sink, and the room was very humid; this is the second AmericInn I’ve stayed at that was very humid, so I won’t stay at a third one.

The location is fine, but the price is high and the room quality doesn’t match the cost, so we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Staff at front desk. Housecleaning Staff, were kind, friendly, caring, supportive, helpful, curb appeal was great, rooms were clean & roomy and smelled fresh. Great breakfast, couldn't of had a better place to stay. Bed wasn't comfortable for me, the air conditioner didn't work very well in one room. I booked 2 rooms. Neither of these were a inconvenience to us. Let staff & housekeeping know about air conditioner and they were having maintenance look at it. This location was alot nicer, cleaner, and staff were alot nicer than the Americainn in Red Wing, Mn had other family staying there the rooms were not clean, staff were rude, bedding was dirty. I wouldn't stay there glad we had rooms in Lake City woukd diffently stay there again
