There isn’t much to say positively, but the street parking, the pool (which I didn’t see), and the nonexistent breakfast were major issues.

The place was peaceful, but the shower lacked a screen so all the water ran out. The air‑conditioning had to stay on all the time to keep cool.

Peaceful and well‑located, the room was clean and fairly new. The shower needed an extra glass pane so that less water splashed out, and the air‑conditioning was just okay unless you kept it on all day.

Air conditioning worked in the rooms and the elevator. The staff were very attentive when we arrived, and the parking was right near the door. The breakfast was a little pricey for what it offered. We stayed in a room next to the elevator and felt a lot of people when they entered. The air conditioning made a lot of noise.
