David, the volunteer, was very friendly and always ready to answer our questions; he made sure to clean up after each visit, which was no small task given the sand brought back from the beach.

The staff were attentive, and Jeff, the manager, was a genuinely nice person, courteous and attentive. However, when using the kitchen, the hotel guests themselves left dirty utensils, even though it’s a rule to wash them after use.
