Breakfast was great, the outdoor facilities were nice, and the value for money was excellent. I did feel that the hotel should have warned guests in advance about the smoking ban in all outdoor areas; the fine was steep and I only learned about it after I had already paid.

The location is spectacular—right on the best spots for sightseeing and the Cultural Walk, the famous Discovery Walk, and the great local drinks, plus an exceptional team. The Roku TV app is awful; I wouldn’t recommend it and think a replacement would be welcome.

I stayed just one day, but it was a solid experience: the staff were polite and ready to help, the location was great, breakfast was simple but tasty, the room was clean and fragrant, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly. The value was excellent. The parking had limited spots and I wished there were a proper place to hang swimsuits to dry—some kind of floor‑standing rack or similar would be a useful upgrade.
