The room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and well maintained. Although I never met Niccolò in person, we communicated via WhatsApp throughout my stay, and he was always helpful, responsive, and polite. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. The listing mentions "access to the upper floor by stairs", but it does not clearly state that guests need to climb four flights of stairs. The building is quite old and has very poor sound insulation. We could hear almost everything from the neighbouring apartment, including children having tantrums and other private activities, which made it difficult to relax. My wife and I also woke up with several bites on our feet during our stay. I cannot confirm whether they were caused by mosquitoes or something else, but it was an unpleasant experience. Overall A clean apartment with an attentive and friendly host, but the lack of a lift, poor soundproofing, and the issue with bites reduced our overall comfort. Suitable for guests who do not mind stairs and are not sensitive to noise
