Great location, super comfortable bed, very clean. The room for four was small and there were many stair flights even for rooms on the “second” floor.

“I would not consider this good value for money and would not choose to stay here again.”

Very disappointing – poor value for money. The room was far too small, barely enough room to stand, let alone sit comfortably. A folding chair and a tiny table were already taken by a kettle, leaving no place to sit and enjoy a simple cup of coffee. The bathroom was unclean, and the shower head was broken, spraying water everywhere. The stairs were very narrow, there was no lift, making access inconvenient. Even more concerning, the entrance door didn’t lock securely, and a broken glass panel had been covered with cardboard, giving the property a neglected and unsafe impression. The advertised price was £300, reduced to £200 through a booking discount. Even at £200, I felt the accommodation was nowhere near worth the price. In my opinion, it would be difficult to justify paying more than £100 for this standard of room and facilities. Overall, the condition of the room, lack of basic comfort, cleanliness issues, and apparent maintenance and security concerns made this a very disappointing experience. I would not consider this good value for money and would not choose to stay here again.

Close to the train station and food places. The room and bathroom were very, very small and there was no elevator (I believe elevators aren’t a thing in London). Also, there is construction at the front of the property that was not disclosed, constant noise and knocking especially in the early morning. The carpet throughout could use a good cleaning or replacement.

Small, clean, great location. The bathroom was narrow.
