We enjoyed a comfortable stay, with staff that were courteous, helpful, and welcoming—especially Murlidhar, Himika, and Shreedeep, who made our visit more pleasant. The food was generally good, though the non‑vegetarian main course could use improvement and there was a lack of dessert variety. The room felt a bit smaller than expected but was still comfortable and well kept. A swimming pool would have added value, and the EV charger was non‑functional during our stay, which was a minor hassle.

The staff were genuinely nice, and the hotel offered clean, well‑maintained rooms. Its location was excellent, with Unity buses just a 5‑minute walk away. Everything was perfect.

The room and the surrounding area of the hotel were satisfactory. Nothing else to note.

Breakfast was good. The location and hotel is best. Staff is also very polite. But when the hotel gets fully occupied during weekends, the service in restaurant gets bit below expectation
