We got stuck at the building’s entry door because the instructions said ringing the apartment would open it, but it didn’t work; messages and calls to the owner went unanswered while we spent about half an hour at the door with no way to get in, and only when the door opened occasionally could we get inside. The owner returned after two hours and just asked if there were any problems, but nothing else was done. This lack of response and the recurring entry‑door issue make it a major problem for this property.

The room and bathroom were too small for three adults, making it uncomfortable.

“Very noisy room - not much sleep at all”

Good staff communication, close to city center, free parking on street. Very loud noise can be felt from outside and inside the building as the unit is part of 5 other adjacent rooms. Kids were running and yelling past 1030 pm, bldg is in a main avenue and very noisy at night. Did not sleep well both nights

The room was clean and the check‑in was easy. A bus stop was right outside that takes you straight to the city centre, and communication with the managers was good. The bathroom was a bit small, a large mirror in the room would be nice, and the hygiene items and towels should be changed daily.

Parking was convenient. The sheets and pillows had a noticeable smell, probably because they were washed in a batch with many items and not fully cleaned; at night there were speeding cars and loud music from passing vehicles, making the noise obvious.
