The receptionist was friendly, yet our credit card was blocked during payment; the terminal seemed subpar, and the staff tried to contact their boss, who was still sleeping and only responded 30 minutes later. We waited at the front desk with the blocked card. In the room, the mattresses were extremely hard; I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such stiff beds.

The hotel's breakfast was unremarkable, but its location was convenient. However, the breakfast could be improved by including orange juice and hot beverages. Overall, the stay was decent, but the breakfast options were somewhat limited.
