Close to Lecce, AC, clean, fridge with freezer, Salvatore’s friendliness, and good value. The bathroom gets unbearably hot, but the bedroom is air‑cooled, which is the main thing.

Clean, well‑maintained, everything thought out and done well. Two times the internet had issues; instead of checking, the owner started explaining that he’d already verified everything and it was fine, even though he wasn’t on the premises. In the end the problem was fixed and worked, so it was a minor inconvenience.
