The place has a great location and top‑quality furniture, fittings, and utensils. It’s very private, and the garden feels like a hidden gem. The bathroom is small but the shower is lovely.

The continental/kiwi style breakfast was great. The kitchen facilities were perfect for cooking our own meals on the cooktop and with the rice cooker. The kitchenette was really well equipped, and the frying pans were non‑stick and non‑scratched, which is wonderful because scratched Teflon‑coated cookware is common in motels and BnBs. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The location is excellent—close to the showgrounds and the inner city.

The accommodation was excellent, everything we needed, and very clean. It was great that we could bring our dog along. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious enough for two people, with a lovely outdoor area shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and even though it’s on a main road, we weren’t bothered by noise. The bakery over the road is wonderful (boys only open Wed to Sat). The location is good, easy to walk to Newmarket shops, and the bus stop is by the drive. Parking was easy too (we had a car). Nothing negative, just that the bathroom is small but manageable.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook for ourselves, and the location was superb—just a bus stop away, so getting around was a breeze. The host was incredibly friendly, offered a lot of help, and even let us stay past the usual check‑out time, which we really appreciated.
