The view from our room was absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the pool was out of order the whole time we were there. It was a real shame, because the kids were really looking forward to a dip.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is definitely a plus, but unfortunately, it's not enough to make up for the unfriendly and chaotic staff. I was expecting a smooth check-in process, but the receptionists seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. The location is convenient, but it's hard to enjoy the benefits when you're not getting the service you need.
