I’m neutral about this place. I’ve never stayed here before, but Julian called politely to inform me of a double booking. The new location, however, didn’t match the expected quality.

It was filthy—cockroaches everywhere. All the furniture was old and dusty, and nothing had been cleaned. The sheets were dirty and old. The conditions were awful.

I stayed at this place for a few days, but the experience was unsatisfactory. The room wasn’t clean enough when I arrived, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was shared among three rooms, with only one toilet, which was often inconvenient and impractical. Worse, the bathroom door didn’t close properly—it had no lock and offered no privacy. The overall state of the accommodation was poor: the walls were in bad condition, with plaster peeling off. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and there are many areas that need improvement, especially cleanliness, maintenance, and common space management.

“Disgusting Conditions - Bedbugs and Cockroaches”

Nothing good to say. This was the worst experience of my life. The property is a total scam; they advertised a “private bathroom,” but it turned out to be a tiny, filthy shared toilet on the ground floor for three rooms. We had to queue just to use it at night. Hygiene is non-existent: the kitchen is filthy, smelly, and full of cockroaches; the microwave, fridge, and toaster are disgusting and unusable. The bathroom has no lock, no shower gel, and the geyser is too small for a hot shower. The bedroom was the worst part: the room was infested with bedbugs, and my wife, child, and I were bitten all night. They lie about their facilities. Save your money and health—stay far from this place. Zero stars.
