Transport to shops was convenient. The lounge and breakfast didn’t change much over two days, and the disposable spoons and rice paddles looked unhygienic. The check‑out and car‑preparation service weren’t pleasant. The shower was slippery, the sink was small, and washing our face was difficult.

The hotel even has a pool where kids can splash around, every staff member was friendly, and it’s just a short walk from Shurijo Castle. The only downsides were a faint disinfectant smell in the hallway and the fact that it’s 1.8 km from Anri Station, which makes it better suited for guests with a car.

The facility was clean, towels were left by the pool, and there were plenty of laundry options, which was a relief.

“プレミアムラウンジが良い！”

Staying on the premium floor gave me access to a nice lounge, the lobby looked spotless, the room was tidy and the pool was crystal‑clear. However, even though the premium floor is on the 13th level, the room size was completely ordinary and didn’t feel premium at all; the breakfast could have been improved – there was nothing special, the live kitchen only fried a sunny‑side‑up egg and later an omelette, which I was already full of, and the rest of the spread was just average. Coming from a stay at the Hyatt Resort Naha, where breakfast was far better despite a lower room rate, I think the premium lounge makes direct comparison tricky, but the breakfast alone needs a lot more effort.

“部屋が広くて快適”

The room turned out larger than I had imagined, but with the extra space I would have appreciated having a second trash bin and an extra pack of tissues.
