We appreciated the central Rome location with a coffee shop and restaurants just outside the door; the double‑level apartment offered plenty of space, a nice bathroom, and a handy little kitchen with a washing machine. Hot water ran out quickly and there are many stairs.

The location is great and the apartment was clean and comfortable, yet the shower had minor temperature‑maintaining issues.

I stayed in a roomy apartment with a shower, toilet and bidet, plus a small fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. The place is suitable for observant Jews; you can open both the building and room doors with a mechanical key. Note that Black and White Suites has more than one room; another unit in the same building is also Shabbat‑friendly and includes a kitchenette, dining table and plate. The location is excellent, very close to many kosher restaurants, synagogues and tourist sites. The staff were outstanding, accompanying me throughout my stay and even offering free storage of my belongings afterward.
