The rooms were tidy, but the kitchen left a lot to be desired.

The room stayed clean, and the kitchen was spotless, with two toilets and two bathrooms available; however, the radiator was broken, there was no doormat in the washrooms, a mop was missing, and the bathroom needed renovation— the toilets wouldn’t flush, the kitchen light was off and faulty, people kept stealing our belongings, the mattress was uncomfortable, and I felt pain all over my body; aside from those issues, everything else was fine.

I had to leave because the door was broken when I arrived and the bed was broken, so I couldn’t even stay one night.

I couldn’t rate anything because I arrived to find someone already in my room, and there was no one to contact or return calls.
