I liked the breakfast and overall cleanliness, and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, I think the food service could improve, especially when we don't want to leave the hotel for a meal; for instance, I ordered a snack and the hamburger was store‑bought, which surprised me. Another night I asked for an American sandwich and the bread seemed to be from the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was simple but tasty, yet the single bed was too narrow, almost child‑sized.

“Razoável nada demais”

The room size was fine, but the reception was disappointing. The front desk clerk told me I couldn't park my electric car (I had a hybrid PHEV) because the spot was already booked, and that I would have to wait. I checked several times that evening and the spot remained empty, yet she never informed me. She claimed it was reserved, but no one showed up and she didn't notify me, which felt like poor service.

“Foi horrível, eu fiquei uma noite no hotel, a pior noite, tinha barulhos inconvenientes. Eu tinha reserva para 4 dias e”

Nothing good! This place feels more like a motel. The bed was very hard, there was a musty smell, the bathroom was oddly separated from the toilet which made it uncomfortable, the towel was unsatisfactory, and the quilt was the checkered kind with a terrible odor as if it hadn't been washed in a long time. It was literally a horrible night.
