It was new and clean, and the staff were polite. To reach the large public bath, you have to pass through the front desk and lobby.

The room was clean and spacious, but when I stayed in July on the 7th floor there was no central air; stepping out of the elevator hit me with a steamy, humid blast that made it uncomfortable. The room lacked a proper AC, so I had to rely on a portable unit and sweated until it finally cooled. The “large” public bath they pointed out turned out to have a changing area that could barely fit three people, only three washing stations, and a tub that was just big enough for three, leaving others waiting outside the glass door, so you couldn’t relax at all. It was really a small bath. I chose this pricier place expecting a healing spot, yet I can’t see what was supposed to be soothing about it.
