Very bad – I had to talk to someone because there was no staff, the room, bathroom and overall place didn't look right, it smelled horrible of weed, the walls were discussing and the doors didn't lock downstairs, rubbish was in the hallway as you walked in – it felt like a horror. We rang the place and they said they could only text, and we had to go to another hotel to get the keys; there was more if you want, we had to book somewhere else because this hotel didn't text us back. Everything was terrible; I will never book there again – the owner needs to know how bad it is.

I didn't go in because the area was full of HMO, and I didn't feel safe with unsavoury people hanging around.

Very central close to public transport and beach. I asked for someone to fix tv heater and broken toilet seat i went out next morning i was out of town and got message staff were knocking on my door well i wasnt there i said can staff let themselves in didnt hear anymore i gave up and left with nothing fixed
