The hotel is good, especially the restaurant service and the fantastic cuisine. However, upon checkout you pay extra fees, as is common in the U.S.; here a deposit for the Moscone Center—far from our hotel—is charged, so be prepared.

The location, room view, and size were excellent; the room and furnishings were new and comfortable. We overlooked a note in the hotel information and were surprised to be charged extra for Wi‑Fi, an unreasonable practice we hadn't encountered before.

The rooms are spacious, but the reception is on the upper floor.

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the views were nice, and we liked the lounge sofa. However, I could clearly hear conversations in the neighboring room, both morning and night, which was especially irritating when trying to sleep; I also heard people walking above us. The rooms need much better sound insulation. The mini‑fridge lacks temperature controls and could be colder, and the drinks at the bar were not very good.

I loved the location and the third‑floor restaurant, but the room, especially the bathroom and toilet area, was dirty. The extra bed we asked for our 13‑year‑old son was hardly a bed at all—just a very hard, creaky surface that rattled all night. Paying an extra‑bed fee for that quality is disappointing, especially for a child. Aside from the third‑floor restaurant and the hotel’s location, there was almost nothing that pleased us, and we won’t stay here again.
