The place was dirty, had no toiletries, pest control was terrible, and the lady who owned it demanded a deposit that she never returned.

The unit was comfy, offered a nice view, and had plenty of space for my spouse and me. However, there were a lot of cockroaches, so I asked the owner to fumigate.
