The location is fine, only a 15‑minute drive to UITM Alor Gajah and 40 minutes to the city. Access to and from Kuala Lumpur is okay. Parking is possible inside for 6–7 cars, but outside there’s a residential area in Kelemak. The surrounding area is quiet and private. The lower floor rooms are very limited; if you have knee pain, try requesting a lower floor room in the app because there’s no lift and the stairs are steep. When I entered my room there was light trash on the floor, but otherwise everything was fine: AC, TV, Wi‑Fi, toilet, and water pressure were all good.

Parking was convenient, but the plug in the room was broken and the water pipe was damaged, leaving no water in the kitchen. The facilities were unsuitable for elderly guests or pregnant women, and the lack of a kettle in every room or even a water supply on each floor meant we had to walk to the ground floor to buy bottled water and other necessities.
